WE ARE EXPERIENCING LENGTHY DELAYS IN PROCESSING ORDERS - Please be advised that due to the high volume of emails, responses may take up to 7 days or more.
Here's the latest update as of Tuesday, February 13th:
· Orders placed in December/January will be ready for dispatch by the END OF FEBRUARY\FIRST WEEK OF MARCH 2024
· Our Customer Service phones are operational from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
· Returns for goods received will be accepted if refund requests have not been addressed prior to receiving the goods.
· Please note that Click & Collect does NOT expedite order completion; orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
We sincerely apologise for the delays experienced this year and deeply regret any inconvenience caused to both our longstanding and new customers.
REMINDER: The well-being of our Customer Services staff is our utmost priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse directed at our staff. It's important to acknowledge that our staff are not personally responsible for the delays. Therefore, any aggressive, intimidating or abusive behavior towards them will result in immediate disconnection of the call or visit.
