Please note, that we no Longer Operate a Retail Store for In-Person Shopping. Our premises do not allow or have the facilities for a Retail Shop or In-store purchases. All Orders Must Be Placed Online for Delivery or Collection from our Willawong Warehouse
We process orders every business day in order of receipt and most orders will be ready as soon as we receive them (If your items are in stock), Our normal processing timeframes are:
February to October: Allow up to 1– 5 business days
November to January: Allow up to 3 - 4 weeks*
You will receive an email and a SMS from us advising your order is ready for pickup.
*This time frames may change, as we currently experiencing some delays due to unforeseen staff shortages and high volume of orders causing longer wait times for book packs. We want to assure you that we are actively working to improve the situation.
- We are implementing additional shifts and extra packing days to expedite the process.
- Prioritized orders up to Nov 30 for immediate packing to fast-track delivery.
Despite our best efforts, we acknowledge that your orders are not ready as initially expected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
If an item is unavailable at the time of packing, the product may be substituted with a similar product of the same or greater value. This will only apply to stationery items and not books.
Back Ordered Items
From time to time due to events outside of our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock. Under these circumstances, we will advise you of the backorder on the tax invoice for your order. The item will be delivered to you as soon as it becomes available free of charge. An SMS will be sent advising you when the item is on its way.
Claims for damaged or missing items will not be recognised after 7 days of the parcel being received. If you have received a damaged item or you are missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible.
