Order Delivery Information:
Pick & Pack Service:
Orders are processed on an 'As Ordered' basis and will take an average of 10 - 12 working days from order to dispatch. Ordering as soon as possible is recommended. Home Delivery is $10 per address (1 fee per household) and customers will receive a tracking email from Australia Post when the order leaves our warehouse. Residential, Commercial, PO Box or Parcel Locker are all available
- Delivery guarantee of Friday 15th January for all orders placed online by Monday 23rd November
- Orders placed after 23rd November and before 3rd January - Guaranteed delivery before the start of school.
- Orders placed after 3rd January - processed and delivered as quickly as possible, but we can not guarantee it will be before school starts.
Due to the current pandemic, some stock may be affected by shipment delay.
