Delivery Information
Guaranteed PRE-Christmas Delivery Orders Close Off Sunday 25 October
HOME DELIVERY ONLY Due to COVID-19 restrictions. To account for this we are completely removing the old "Cut off and Delivery Window" model that locked you into set timeframes and we have moved to a more Customer friendly Pick'N'Pack method. We will be processing orders as soon as they come through to get them to you as soon as possible. Home Delivery is $10 per address (1 fee per household) and you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post when the order leaves our warehouse.
Residential, Commercial, PO Box or Parcel Locker are all available
Orders placed after this date will still be processed ASAP however to ensure delivery PRIOR TO 18 January (week before school returns) orders MUST be received by Sunday 29 November.
Due to the current pandemic, some stock may be affected by shipment delay. We will do our utmost to keep customers informed of any significant wait times and orders will be sent with back ordered items to follow if need be. See Here for more information.
