Technologies

Hospitality Practices: Students require a willingness to give up own personal time for preparation of functions. Students must be prepared for the emphasis on industrial practical cookery (it is not take-home food cookery) and in most weeks will be expected to supply ingredients for practical work. Students will be expected to participate and assist in specific school functions throughout the year as a part of practical assessment. Some personal cookery equipment e.g. take-home containers, standard baking tray, cheese cake tin, carry bags, tea towels. Catering events uniform: black pants or skirt, white shirt, black bow tie.
